I have recently ordered a new pair of soccer clotes from your website on december 25. I received the order on June 26. Unfortunately, when I opened it I saw that the clotes were used. The clotes had dirt all over it and there was a small tear in front of the part where the left toe would go.

To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my clotes.

Dear: Sony Counter

Outstanding service problem - contract ref 2211

I really need your help with this.

Your engineer called for the third time in the past ten days to repair our Sony T-009 at the above address, and I am still without a working machine.

He was unable to carry out the repair once more because the spare part C-K19 was again not compatible. I attach copies of the service visit reports.

Your engineers have been excellent as always, but without the correct parts they can't do the job required.

Can I ask that you look into this to ensure that the next service visit, arranged for March 20, resolves the matter.

Please telephone me to let me know how you'd like to deal with this.

When the matter is resolved I'd be grateful for a suitable refund of some of my service contract costs.
