| Dear Sir, In order to keep our good relationship during 5 years, I want to tell you some problems which are happened recently.
Last two months, I asked you to send me 100 unit of computer LG. Here I faced some problems that become my complaints: 1st I asked you to send me in two weeks, but the computer arrived almost two months after I ordered. 2nd I asked you to send me 100 unit of computer, but I just received 95 units. 3rd I need all the computers are LG, but you sent me 10 are LG, and the 85 are Toshiba.
Those problems already caused me suffer a financial loss and I hope you to follow it up in this week.
Such was the case, I wish that we will be concerned to our good relationship ,and thank you for your attention.

I always connect to internet according to my job. So, I hope you give your internet service better than before to all of you costumers, and both of us can do our activities properly.

But when I used it for a long time, the output sounds from the earphone started to lost, sometimes faded until I hear no sounds. That problem made me insane; I had to finish my work.
